Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code, or a smart-lock code. Your cleaner checks in and out in the app, and you get photos when they're done.
What's included in a standard clean?
Kitchen surfaces, appliance exteriors, sinks, bathrooms top to bottom, dusting, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made, trash out. Deep cleans add baseboards, inside cabinets, light fixtures, and detail work.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner brings professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, leave them out and tell us in your booking notes.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit using the link in your confirmation. Inside 24 hours there's a $50 late-change fee, since your cleaner has held the slot.

How is the price so clear?
We price by bedrooms and bathrooms instead of by the hour, so you know the number before anyone sets foot in your home. Unusually large or heavily soiled homes may get a revised quote before we confirm.
